17-story property will include 349 rooms, hammocks, 27,000 sq. ft of ocean front meeting space, a spa, two pools, 480 ft. of white sand beaches and dueling Flo Riders.
Margaritaville Hollywood sits on the site of the venerable Hollywood Beach Casino.
